Etsy Valentine Card Picks - 2018

I love Etsy. I really do. It’s not just because I am a card designer who sells through Etsy, but it is because of the myriads of talented artists and makers who showcase their work on that site. There really are SO many different makers and products on Etsy that it can sometimes be hard to find the best of the best — especially when it comes to greeting cards. I hate to admit it, but I think that some of the most talented card designers with some of the most beautiful and creative work can be hard to find on Etsy because...

Baby Weaning Chart - UPDATED 2017

A little over five years ago I was in the middle of introducing solid foods to my first child and found the amount of information on the topic to be a bit overwhelming. As a graphic designer (and mom who needs a feeling of control) I decided to summarize everything I found about baby weaning into an organized infographic. He is five years old and is at the stage where he loves coloring and cutting with scissors. He needed to be able to make 16 cards to give to his preschool classmates and, at first, I thought that would be way too many cards for a kid that age to make…until I realized that he could make 1 or 2 BIG CARDS and then cut them (which he loves doing) into smaller cards. BINGO....

New Cards - This Changes Everything!

Today I added over 20 new cards and art prints to my shop. I have been working so crazy hard on these for the past two months and am stoked to finally have them up and ready to go!   This summer I had gone on a road trip with some friends to Waco, Texas. While we were shopping we stumbled upon an awesome boutique that carried beautiful cards from several designers I had seen online. When I saw that they had their designs out in the real world (not just online) it lit a fire inside of me. I came...
