WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Minimum Order Requirements

Opening order: $150  /  Reorder: $75.

Product Minimums are as follows:

    • Greeting Cards: 6 per style
    • Card Sets: 4 per style
    • Notepads & Desk Calendars: 4 per style
    • Art Prints: 2 per style
Payment

Payment and shipping are charged when placing an order through our online portal. For email or phone orders, however, invoices are sent and payment is due prior to shipment and accepted via credit card or PayPal. Net 30 terms may be available to existing customers in good standing.

How to Order

New customers can fill out the Wholesale Application on this page to gain access to our online shopping portal. Orders can then be placed either through our online wholesale portal, through email, or by phone.

Lead Time & Shipping

Orders ship in 1-2 weeks. Items in stock typically ship sooner. Shipping costs are charged at time of shipment and will be included on final invoice.

Orders within the USA will ship via 1-3 day USPS Priority Mail. International orders ship via First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail depending on package weight, and delivery time will vary by destination and shipping method. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes due for customs clearance once the shipment reaches their country. Please contact us if you’d like to request special shipping or to use your shipping account number.

If you are LOCAL to the DFW metroplex, please contact us about free delivery. We love getting to visit our retailers in person!

Display & Packaging

All Kat French Design products must be sold and displayed in their original package. Card boxed sets may not be broken up and sold as individual cards. Credit must be given to Kat French Design in the product description when selling products online. Partnering with third party online resellers (Amazon, Ebay, etc.) to sell our products is not permitted.

Returns & Exchanges

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 10% restocking fee.

We can only accept returns on damaged or defective merchandise. Claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling and any other charges incurred. Returns on unsold seasonal merchandise are not accepted.
